As you can see – I totally cheated and bought fried chicken! But hey – if it’s not broke don’t fix it, right?! Besides, I’m trying to save some time.
FYI – 1 chopped chicken strip fills 1 wrap
1 buffalo chicken strip (thank you Publix)
diced tomatoes & celery
blue cheese dressing (go light, you want to taste the flavor of the buffalo not the blue cheese)
fold your wrap 1/3 of the way then roll tucking sides in (mine are not pretty – I’d never survive working at a Mexican restaurant)
I served with pickles, olives, (carrot sticks for the boys), chips & guacamole !!
